Many 2021 shortlisted graduates are looking at ways to make the experience of living in the city more interconnected, sustainable and enjoyable. Their projects are wide ranging in purpose: from reducing waste and developing more sustainable materials for the con-struction industry to supporting entrepreneurship and career development, from finding new solutions for sustainable mobility to building affordable technology to improve air quality on our roads. Together, these proposals will become the essential building blocks that will shape the metropolises of the future.
