Tippy Talk

About

This app allows autistic children to speak through pictures

TippyTalk is a smartphone app that allows people with verbal disabilities to communicate by translating pictures into text messages. The translated message is then sent to a family member or care giver’s phone or tablet, allowing the verbally disabled person to communicate a desire, want, need or feeling to another anywhere in the world. The app also reinforces language development, by allowing a parent or caregiver to record his or her voice over each picture.
