Therapeutic help pack for self-harm

About

One in five people experience some degree of self-harm through their lifetime.

This therapeutic kit was designed to help people controlling self-harm impulse, through activities that call for relaxation and sublimation. By delaying the action of self-harm and channeling attentions and energy into other activities, the kit can significantly reduce immediate consequences and allow for additional intervention. Activities include venting emotions and anger, relaxation, drawing attention to the present and doing focus-oriented simple tasks.
