Sense is an inclusive electric kettle, designed to aid the daily routines of blind users. The kettle uses an angular design, which enables users to pivot the spout onto the rim of the cup. Its silicone jacket keeps the outside of the kettle cool, while a secure handle allows easy movement and control. The user can also control the kettle through a Bluetooth-connected mobile app, remotely selecting the ideal boiling temperature for specific uses. Sense combines technology and inclusive design to reimagine an everyday object for the blind.
