Recandescent

About

A recyclable light bulb that lasts longer than LED

Recandescent is an artificial light source that combines traditional incandescent lighting technology with innovative nano-technology to create the most energy efficient and holistically sustainable light bulb ever. Inspired by advances in hot mirror technology developed by academics at MIT, Recandescent proposes the application of this technology in a modular light bulb design supported by a circular economy business model. Recandescent is more energy efficient than existing LED technology; in addition, every component can be reused or recycled.
