Making plastic shoes for impoverished school going girls from recycled plastic. With the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, a number of parents have been furloughed or lost jobs. With schools about to resume, we suggest low cost plastic shoes made from recycled materials. Discarded plastic such as water bottles dumped across streets have a very low recycling value. The plastic waste is the same across East Africa. We have a designed and locally built a unique equipment for recycling plastic waste hence molding plastic shoes.
