About

Interactive exercise toys for children with arthritis

Monstas are interactive exercise toys for children with juvenile arthritis, a joint disease most common in the hands. Although it can be taken into remission through regular exercise, most juvenile arthritis patients find the exercise painful and labour some, thus worsening the condition. Monstas helps children heal by teaching them how to exercise correctly through the use of an iPad game and a set of friendly, soft exercise tools; children are encouraged to play while getting healthier at the same time.
