Invisible Heroes

About

Hard-wearing, protective clothing for waste-handlers made of organic fabric

Handling waste without the use of protective gears can dangerous to the health of environmental workers. The risk includes skin and blood infections resulting from direct contact with waste, or eye and respiratory infections resulting from exposure to harmful dust, especially during landfill operations. Invisible Heroes is a design for an overall jacket made up of bamboo fabric (anti bacterial, organic and sustainable) treated with water repellent to prevent molecules from wet waste to reach the skin, thus makes working with wast safer and more hygienic.
