National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)


UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico), was founded in 1551, is the most ancient University of Mexico.

In 1910, it was named National University, and since then and until now the most important in the country.

It is the largest educational system throughout the territory, with 350 000 students and 40000 teachers, has the higher number of disciplines, and all levels of high studies, and is also the leading research institution in the country.

The grade in Industrial Design is the more ancient of Latin America, founded in 1980, and has characterized by its diversity for it receives students of almost 30 disciplines of all Mexico and several countries of Latin America, that develop a diversity of projects of research.

The Master Program is recognised as a high international quality program by the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico, therefore all of its students are granted with a scholarship during their studies.
