For it’s 6th edition, Global Grad Show will explore upcoming social and environmental issues and the solutions under way.

The yearly international showcase will shine a light on key areas of concern for society and environment, surfacing from academic research across the world. A digital interactive exhibition of 100 innovations will illustrate the pressing problems and associated solutions proposed by graduates in the fields of science, design and technology.

New to 2020 will be the MENA Grad Show, a world-first physical exhibition of the best 50 projects by university students based in the Middle East and North Africa, taking place during Dubai Design Week in November.

Global Grad Show will feature academically researched projects that are:

Making the world a better place

Innovative in problem solving

Using high tech or low tech

Global Grad Show will invite participants to connect globally with peers, audiences and industry and to progress their projects through:

  • A world-class virtual experience offering insight into global pressing issues and the university talents at the forefront of problem-solving.
  • Dedicated profiling of each graduate and projects, through a unique video and graphic platform.
  • An Entrepreneurship route for graduates wanting to advance their projects towards market implementation.
  • A collaboration initiative connecting professors and students across countries and disciplines, to produce solutions for complex social and environmental issues.
  • An award for the graduate and professor behind the most innovative and high-potential project featured at the 2020 exhibition, to support its further development and academic research.
